The Boghossian Establishment was started by Engineer Vartkes Boghossian at the beginning of the Sixties of the last century as a contractor for the execution of water supply projects. A large number of rural water supply projects were executed in the following years including:
As well as many other projects.
These were followed by the establishment of a plant for the production of room air conditioners in 1982 under license from Fedders Corp. of USA, and Interclisa of Spain, under the brand name WINNER, a registered trade mark in Syria. At the same time the highly qualified teams of the Establishment were engaged in the study and execution of central air conditioning projects, including the import of the required equipment.
Concurrently, in 1986 a factory was established for the production of polyethylene film used as covering in agricultural greenhouses.
In 1997 a new line was installed for the preparation of pigmenting pellets for plastics. These products were highly appreciated by their local clients and were exported to Lebanon and Iraq.
During its whole existence the Establishment enjoyed a high renown for the quality of its performance and the materials it uses in executing its undertakings.
Unfortunately all of these activities came to a halt in summer 2012 when both factories and their warehouses were taken over and pillaged during the war on Syria.
After a halt of all activities for about three years, work was restarted in contracting of electromechanical and construction work.
By 2015, TEO managed to expand its activities to cover Rehabilitation and Renovation works covering all types of projects.
